I agree with the answer below. Most search engine optimization companies will price based on the competition on the web. Other items to keep in mind is that I would look for a company that has a proven track record and whose model is based on exclusivity (i.e. they will only work with one Shoe store in Dublin). The largest pitfall is when one SEO company is working with your competitors as well. How can they be your true business partner.
