Comparing Two Michael Myers characters...?

I totally agree with the point you're making. I have only seen Zombie's Halloween twice, and both times it wasn't on the best TV, (Still waiting for a decent dvd of it), so i feel that i don't have the right at the moment to comment on which i felt was the better film, as i didn't get the full experience with Zombie's version. However, i still did pick up on Michael Myers and the point you made. With what i have managed to work out so far, i do enjoy Zombie's version of Michael Myers. To me, he does feel more human. Like you mentioned, Myers in the original film was not really that lifelike. He look exactly the same throughout the whole film (with the exception to when his mask was removed). Nice hair, nice clothes (kinda) and a nice mask. As well as the backstory to his childhood in the new film which helped make him more human, i did enjoy the battered look he had. It did come across more effective to me that there was actually a real man under it.

Question about ACL and Meniscus Tear?

I recently found out that I completely tore my ACL and partially tore my meniscus in my right knee after a sports accident last week. My doctor suggests that I start physical therapy right away, which I plan on doing, but about how long do I have to wait to get the surgery. I am at college right now and was wondering if I could possibly wait 2 1/2 months until december to get it done. Also, about long does it take to recover from this. I heard from as little as 2 months to 9 months but i am not sure which one is accurate.

Sinus infection ear infection and viral infection of the soft palette of the mouth oh and pregnant too?

Hi, I have all these issues going on right now...but i have a question....for some reason my tonsils on the right side have swelled up so much that it looks like a growth on my tonsils....what can i do about this? I am waiting for the doctor to call me back....it makes me feel like gagging because i can feel it there.....i feel horrible...i am pregnant with hyperememis with a yeast infection and spotting can't eat..can only drink with a sinus infection an ear infection....and this horrible viral infection in my mouth that is making pieces of my tongue come off and its like canker sores all over my entire mouth...so please help me if you can. How is it that pistol rounds are bigger than automatic rifle rounds?

The stopping power part all depends on the round used. .223/5.56 NATO has very little stopping power since the round is so light that it gets deflected easily. It also puts a very small hole in the target. The actual diameter of the round is about the same as a .22 long rifle. Now, 9mm is not a very good round to be putting up for pistol stopping power either. The round is pretty small for close range work, whereas a .45ACP round will put someone down quickly. Most people don't get right back up after taking a .45 round to the chest. Some people can take several 9mm rounds before dying. If a crazy person on PCP is running at me, one (or two) good .45 shot(s) will bring them down pretty easily. The same cannot be said for 9mm, but it is possible, no doubts there. I would trust my life in the hands of any good .45ACP pistol over a 9mm any day.

Will Zimbabwe's hyperinflation ociated woes be fixed by using US dollars as their new currency standard?

Can't see Mugabe officially adopting an 'imperialist' currency - the soldiers are getting $US to keep them loyal. Nothing will change for the better in Zimbabwe until Mugabe dies or is removed by force. Anyway, $US isn't really strong/stable enough anymore - makes more sense to adopt the Euro if you're looking around for a new currency. However, this would be even more unlikely in Mugabe's Zimbabwe;as the Euro is a European currency, it's obviously racist and colonialist.
