LOST VOICE PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!?

please help me i have a concert tomorrow night and i have a solo and i lost my voice im drinking hot tea and taking this spray that numbs it and i refuse to talk to anyone until it stops but its not helping this is the third day please help im desperate enough to try just about anything!!! oh and gargling with salt water doesn't help at ALL! please not mean comments
