Allergy itch in pregnancy, pls help!!!!!!!!?

I have this allergy whereby my skin really itch's all over my body and especially after bath. My doctor has priscribed me with Loratadine 10mg tablets, I was told to take it once a day but i just take it when my itch is very bad. Has any had any bad situation with connection to taking it in pregnancy or has any taken and would recomend it
