My dad is weird and crazy.?

I was sitting down and my dad says, "You want to hear a joke?" I said sure and he said: "A pirate walks into a bar and has a steering wheel on his crotch area. A guy in the bar says, "Is that a wheel?' The pirate said," Aye, it's driving me nuts." i don't know exactly how it went but i'm pretty sure my dad is crazy and now everytime wes see a pirate he goes, "Aye, it's driving me nuts."
