Black girl likes white guy?

I am black and hispanic. I really like this white guy trev..he's really chill and non chalant but he nevr evr looks at me! well he does sumtmz..like he'll give me a xy smile but...to blk and hispanic guys i always get head turns..but not with trev..also the way i approach blk&hispanics is way different with white guys, right? how do i attract this dudes attention?
