Was Trevor Ariza just a product of the Triangle Offense?

He didn't have success in New York nor Orlando. The Lakers made a move for him and he was utilized well in the system. I'm not saying that Trevor isn't talented, because that's not the case. I'm just plainly looking at it as benefiting from playing with great players, in a system that works. Phil Jackson always seems to bring out the best in role players. For example, Derek Fisher left L.A, went to Golden State then Utah, he was basically a nobody on these teams, but he comes back to L.A and he's a star again. We'll see what happens with Ariza in Houston, but I'm not too sure if it will work out for him.
