Is thinking about my ex all the time ok?

When ever my friends and in r tlkin or watching a movie or listenin 2 someones heart felt story i relate it to my and ex boi friend and or relationship.This makes it hard 2 convince them that im over the relationship. 5/15/09 marks the day he dumped me and i suppose 2 b over him.I just cant stop reminisce.
