Outlook keeps splitting email attachments into smaller parts?

Are you both using Outlook 2003? I've seen this problem on Outlook Express but can't recall coming across it on Outlook 2003 users. At any rate, his email has been set up to split files after a certain size is met. He needs to go into his setup (the properties area of his account) and change this feature.
