Sinus infection ear infection and viral infection of the soft palette of the mouth oh and pregnant too?

Hi, I have all these issues going on right now...but i have a question....for some reason my tonsils on the right side have swelled up so much that it looks like a growth on my tonsils....what can i do about this? I am waiting for the doctor to call me back....it makes me feel like gagging because i can feel it there.....i feel horrible...i am pregnant with hyperememis with a yeast infection and spotting can't eat..can only drink with a sinus infection an ear infection....and this horrible viral infection in my mouth that is making pieces of my tongue come off and its like canker sores all over my entire mouth...so please help me if you can.
