External hard drive broken! Need help getting data or fixing it!!?

Well bring ti to a computer repair shop they might do a lot methods to do so that they can extract the file or see if the hard disk is broken or the usb enclosure is. But try to cahnge the enclosure or Install the hard drive to the tower to see if you can extract the files on it.
