Runescape help!! itchlarins helper escape!!?

im doing the quest itchlarins little helper and i went inside the pyramid and i have no food and im poisoned without an anti poison. i will lose my bgs if i die.. how can i get out or the pyramid the one full of traps!!, i cant home teleport either its blocked
