You're right. The milatary "solution" isn't working, but neither would a diploatic effort. The way to end American involvement in Iraq is really simple. Put a uniform on both of George's daughters, stick a rifle in each of their pudgy little hands and send them off to Iraq. We'd be out of there that afternoon.
