Why is my daughter crying so much?

I have a 4 year old and anything I tell her she starts to cry. If i tell her to take a bath, she says she needs help (she use to do this all the time with no help). If I tell her not to pout, she starts crying and looking so pitiful and sad. What do I do? I don't know if I can handle this anymore. She seems to be sad and wants her way. Which she gets most of the time but this is getting to be uncontrollable. I really need some help before I lose it!
