Did they ever find out why casey calvert died?

I've read the article over and over again and i miss him hawthorne heights is my favorite band. In the article it doesnt say why he died. and since its been awhile i was wondering if anyone heard like what the docter said or something? if they found out why he died yet? R.I.P Casey
