Trouble wiv me phone?

very boring i know but me phones playing up , i wanna put music on it i switch the computer on plug the phone in click on me symbol and it says it cant see it its really annoying does anyone know what else i can do , oh yeh i have got a motorola v8 thanks if you can im about to throw it out of the window.
